日本NCRコマースは、日本NCR株式会社の全事業を譲渡する吸収分割により、2023年9月1日付けで事業を開始しました。この新会社設立は、2023年10月16日（米国時間）に完了した米国NCR Corporationの分割に先立って行われたもので、事業内容、本社所在地、代表取締役社長に変更はございません。また、日本NCRコマースは、米国NCR VOYIX Corporationの間接的子会社となります。
米国NCR Corporationの分割と上場企業2社新設の概要
2023年10月16日、セルフサービスバンキング、小売、ホスピタリティを主要業務とするNCR VOYIXと、ATM事業を主要業務とするNCR ATLEOSに分割し、2社の上場企業を新設しました。

日本において103年にわたり事業を継続してきた日本NCRから日本NCRコマース株式会社に生まれ変わり、
ロゴ、ブランドも一新しました。
