日本NCR 株式会社（本社：東京都中央区、代表取締役社長：三ッ森隆司、以下日本NCR）は、高速ドキュメント処理スキャナー NCR iTRAN ImageTracシリーズ5の販売を開始いたしました。
NCR iTRAN ImageTracは、書類の読み取り、画像撮影、仕分け（分類）を高速で処理し、さらに書類識別、文字認識、バーコード読取、数字・バーコード印刷を行うインテリジェント高速スキャナーです。銀行、保険会社、カード会社、運輸会社等大量の文書を扱う企業内で発生する文書や外部から集まってくるあらゆる書類をイメージ化、文字を認識することによって、各種書類の確認、データ入力、データ修正、検索、照会等の事務合理化に貢献してまいりました。NCR iTRAN ImageTracには基本的に以下のような特徴があります。
- 高速（最大処理速度438枚/分）かつ安定した文書搬送
- さまざまなサイズ、厚さ、紙質の文書の混在処理
- 白黒二値、グレースケール、カラー等、高品質のイメージ取得
- イメージ取得、イメージ認識、文書仕分の同時処理
- 書類識別、文字認識、バーコード読取機能
