日本NCR株式会社（本社：東京都中央区、社長兼CEO：諸星俊男、以下日本NCR）は、本日3月6日から9日の会期で開催される第28回流通情報システム総合展（リテールテックJAPAN 2012、会場東京ビッグサイト）に出展いたします。
今回NCRブースでは、新たな流通業向けシステムコンセプト、C-tailing（シーテイリング）をテーマに、関連する製品・ソリューションを展示します。今日の消費者の購買チャネルは多様化し、小売業にとって店舗以外にオンラインやモバイルといったチャネルへの対応も必要不可欠となっています。このような複雑なデジタルとフィジカルのチャネルをお客様起点（C2B：Consumer to Business）で統合し、よりパーソナライズした情報をタイムリーに提供するとともに効率的な買物体験を実現するマーケティング・プラットフォームがC-tailingです。
上記テーマと併せてブース各コーナーで展示を行なう主な製品・ソリューションは下記のとおりです。
1.セルフレジ
国内においてもセルフレジ導入店舗での買物客の利用率は高まっています。
導入が進むNCR SelfServ Checkout（セルフサーブ・チェックアウト）の他、
- コンビニエンスストア、小型店向けNCR SelfServ Checkout No bag（ノーバッグ）
- 電子マネー/クレジット決済に特化したNCR SelfServ Checkout Mini（ミニ）
- 従業員向けアテンダントターミナルをモバイル化したMobile RAP（モバイル・ラップ）
等、多彩な小売業の要望に応えられる機器を展示します。
2.POSターミナル
フルタッチパネルを基本とした設計で直感的操作を実感できるNCR RealPOS（リアルポス）シリーズを展示します。特に、日本のマーケット向けに開発された新製品NCR RealPOS23は、卓越したパフォーマンスと省エネ設計のコンパクトな一体型POSです。また、売場のさまざまな設置環境に応じて柔軟に対応できるNCR RealPOS 80XRTも展示します。
3.モバイル・ソリューション
モバイル端末の業務目的での利用は小売業の店舗でも進みつつあります。POSアプリケーション、クレジット/NFCなどの決済システム、電子サイン保管システム、モバイルCAT端末、電子申込書、衣類/化粧品のカウンセリング、在庫照会等の各種アプリケーションを iPhone/iPod Touch、iPadに搭載し、実際にご来場者の皆様が操作をご体験いただけます。
