ATMでバーチャルカウンター業務を実現

NCRはSussex County Federal Credit Union （デラウェア州）を皮切りにAPTRA インタラクティブ・テラーの納入を開始しました。今後3ヶ月で米国、カナダ、オーストラリアでの納入を予定しています。APTRA インタラクティブ・テラーは実績のあるuGenius Technologies社（ユタ州）のビデオと音声を利用したバーチャル・テラー技術とNCRのATMを融合させたソリューションです。ATMを利用する顧客がATMの操作画面を通して、銀行の窓口担当者からのサポートを得ることができます。金融機関の営業店でのピーク時間における効率的な運用、窓口（カウンター）を廃した小規模店舗の展開、営業店の窓口業務終了後の時間外稼動などを実現します。
