西日本シティ銀行と共同開発し 30 店舗に導入決定
事務作業の効率化、顧客サービス改善を実現

日本NCR（本社：東京都中央区、代表取締役社長：諸星俊男、以下日本NCR）は、このほど 税公金セルフ収納機ソリューションの販売を開始しました。地域密着型金融を推進する株式会社西日本シティ銀行（本店：福岡市）と共同開発を行ったもので、同行では当面30店舗への導入が決定しました。
税公金の収納は現金決済が多いため事務負担が高く、また繁忙日に集中することから店頭での対応が課題となっていました。これに対して当社は、税公金セルフ収納機というセルフサービスを利用した新たな処理方法を採用。営業店での税公金収納業務に関わる事務負担を軽減し、それに伴う利用者のサービス改善・向上を実現するソリューションを株式会社西日本シティ銀行と共同開発しました。営業店窓口での作業負担は従来の3分の1程度への削減を実現します。

- 現金取り扱いの自動化 - 現金モジュール採用で顧客によるセルフ現金支払い

- 有人サービス併用による第3のサービス - 顧客によるセルフ処理と行員のアシスト
- 拡張性 - 新たな払込通知書のバーコード情報のマスターへの追加・変更可能
- 最適投資 - 受付・起票・現金収納・計算などの自動化と行員による点検・出納印などのアシストにより業務のフロント部分を効率化。あえてオンライン接続せず、開発負荷・期間を軽減
- 対象業務 - 税公金の収納代行業務。バーコードが記載された収納依頼書の取り扱い。バーコードが記載されていない収納依頼書の取り扱い
