NCRはレストランに来店した顧客からのアンケートを自動的に集計し、迅速に顧客の声に応えることのできるソリューション「NCR Customer Voice」を発表しました。
本ソリューションは、電子メールで送付されるかレシートに印刷されたリンクを使い、30秒あれば完了する2つの質問に答えるだけの簡単な仕組みを提供します。また、顧客の評価を Facebook、Twitter、LinkedInと連携することによって、更なる集客につなげることができます。
現在、「NCR Aloha レストランソリューション」のみに対応していますが、今後他のソリューションとの対応も計画しています。
昨年11月米国シカゴのTom & Eddie’sに導入され、4ヶ月間で2,000件のアンケートを収集し、16％の来店客がSNSを通じてこのレストランを友人に紹介し、その20％が実際に来店しました。
