NCRコーポレーションは成長を続けるブラジルでのホスピタリティ事業（レストランシステム）を強化するため、POS Integrated Solutions社、Wyse Sistemas de Informática Ltda.社、Radiant Distribution Solutions （RDS）社の3社を買収することを発表しました。
ブラジルのレストラン売上高は9～10％の成長が見込まれており、更に2014年のワールドカップや2016年のオリンピック開催に向け、巨額の投資が期待されています。
