米国ATM決済ネットワーク最大手のVantiv社はこの度、同社のネットワークでNCRのAPTRA EdgeをマルチベンダーATMのソフトウェアとして認定しました。NCRのソフトウェアAPTRA Edgeを導入することで、Vantiv社のネットワークに加盟している金融機関は複数のベンダーのATMを採用しながらも、共通のアプリケーション機能を利用できる他、運用教育コストの一本化などを促進することが可能になります。このようなソフトウェアの提供は長年望まれてきましたが、採用する金融機関は一部に留まっていました。この認定によりNCRは、Vantiv社のネットワークを通じてマルチベンダーの更なる可能性を広げてまいります。
