アナリスト会社であるガートナー社の製品サポートの売上調査によると、NCRコーポレーションは2011年の流通産業向け製品サポートにおいて世界のマーケットシェア・リーダーに選出されました。またNCRは、金融サービス製品サポートの売上で世界第3位、全てのマーケットを通じたハードウェア保守とサポートの売上で世界第8位にあることを発表しました。
