NCRコーポレーションとオーストラリア・ニュージーランド銀行（以下、ANZ）は5年間に渡る契約を締結し、次世代インテリジェント・デポジットATMの導入により、ATMネットワークの変革を推進していくことを発表しました。
計画ではscalable deposit module（スケーラブル・デポジット・モジュール）を搭載したNCRのATMを800台導入することになっています。同ATMは24時間稼働し、ほとんどの通常窓口取引を提供するため、利用者の利便性を大きく向上させます。また、世界で唯一の現金や小切手を一度に投入し、60秒以内に処理を完了することができる機能を有しています。同時にATM上のアプリケーションを最新のソフトウェア環境であるNCR APTRA Activateへ移行することで非現金取引やウェブサービスによる取引も拡充していきます。
