オムニチャネル・リテーリングをリードするNCR Converged Retailing（コンバージド・リテイリング）がテーマ

日本NCR 株式会社（本社：東京都中央区、代表取締役社長：諸星俊男、以下日本NCR）は、来週3月5日から8日の会期で開催される第29回流通情報システム総合展（「リテールテックJAPAN 2013」、会場：東京ビッグサイト）に出展いたします。
昨今の流通業では、技術変革により消費行動も多様化する中、実店舗、ウェブサイト、ソーシャルメディア、ダイレクトメール、携帯・モバイルデバイスなど多種多様な販売チャネルを通じて、一人ひとりの顧客に最も適した形で買物体験を提供する戦略として「オムニチャネル・リテーリング」が注目を浴びています。日本NCRでは2011年より、“Consumer to Business「お客様起点」というこれからのつながり方”というお客様との新しい関係に基づいたさまざまなチャネルをシームレスに繋ぐという同様のコンセプトを業界に先駆けてして提唱してきました。
今回NCRブースでは、このコンセプトを具体的に実現した、NCR Converged Retailing（コンバージド・リテイリング）をテーマに、関連する製品・ソリューションを展示します。
上記テーマに基づく展示と併せ、各コーナーで展示を行なう主な製品・ソリューションは下記のとおりです。
1. セルフレジ
今年で日本導入10周年を迎え、既に多くのお客様にご利用いただいているNCR SelfServ Checkout（セルフサーブ・チェックアウト）の一歩進んだ考え方として、
- スマホにセルフレジの商品登録機能を搭載したモバイル・セルフレジ
- 1台でセルフレジと対面式POSの両機能を有するコンバーチブルタイプ
- 従業員向けアテンダントターミナルをモバイル化したMobile RAP（モバイル・ラップ）等、多彩な消費者、小売業の要望に応えられる機器を展示
2. POS ターミナル
直感的操作を基本設計としたフルタッチモデルのNCR RealPOS（リアルポス）シリーズを展示します。 特に、日本のマーケット向けに開発されたNCR RealPOS23は、省エネ設計のコンパクトな一体型POSです。また、売場のさまざまな設置環境に応じて柔軟に対応できる卓越したパフォーマンスを持つ新製品NCRRealPOS 82XRTも展示します。
3. モバイル・ソリューション
モバイル端末は業務目的として小売業の店舗で導入が進んでいます。セルフレジやPOSのアプリケーション、クレジット/NFCなどの決済システム、モバイルCAT端末、在庫照会等の各種アプリケーションをiPhone/iPod Touch、iPadに搭載したものについてご来場者の皆様に操作を体験していただけます。
4. クラウド型RFIDソリューション
国内有名アパレル専門店で導入の始まったクラウド型RFIDソリューション。POSターミナルに接続されるRFIDリーダー/ライター、入出荷用のハンディ端末、棚卸用のアンテナ、クラウド上に構成されたRFID管理サービスを展示します。
5. 新型インタラクティブ・キオスク及びアプリケーションパッケージ
インタラクティブ・キオスクやデジタルサイネージを実現するソフトウェアプラットフォームであるNCRNetkeyをベースにしたタッチ式大型インタラクティブ・キオスクやグローバルで実績のあるキオスク端末を展示します。最新のeコマースパッケージや施設内ナビゲーションのアプリケーションを搭載したKIOSKを利用し具体的な操作をご体験いただけます。

- クレジット、電子マネー決済に対応したクラウドサービス
- レシートの両面同時印字が可能な2ST（ツーエスティー）プリンター
