オーストラリア・ニュージーランド(ANZ)銀行がNCRの循環式入出金機を導入し、顧客サービス強化へ

オーストラリア・ニュージーランド銀行(以下、ANZ)はフレンドリーな顧客サービスの提供や営業店の店舗改革を行うため、アジア太平洋地域で最大規模となる循環式入出金機(teller cash recycler)の導入を本格化する方針です。

ANZ銀行はこの程、ニュージーランドのウェリントンに新規オープンした旗艦店舗に、NCR Teller Cash Recycler 11を展開しました。紙幣の授受が迅速に行えるほか、堅固な金庫に即座に収納できるため、壁を無くしたオープンなレイアウトが実現しました。また、行員は顧客への応対や金融アドバイスといった接客サービスに時間を使えるようになります。NCR Teller Cash Recycler 11には先進のソフトウェアであるNCR APTRA Connectも搭載されており、偽造紙幣への対応も強化しています。
