顧客待ち時間と収納処理時間の大幅短縮で、より快適な窓口収納を実現

日本NCR株式会社（本社：東京都中央区、代表取締役社長：諸星俊男、以下日本NCR）は、このたび株式会社青森銀行（本店：青森県青森市、以下青森銀行）の営業店に、東北初となる税公金セルフ収納機ソリューションを導入しました。来店した顧客自らがセルフ収納機を操作することにより、顧客待ち時間と収納処理時間の大幅な短縮が図れ、より快適な営業店窓口収納を実現します。
青森銀行では、営業店での税公金の収納業務は現金決済が多いため事務負荷が大きく、また繁忙日に集中することから、事務作業の効率化が課題となっていました。そこで、営業店を事務拠点から、本来の接客による顧客サービスを重視する営業拠点とするための検討を進めてきました。その一環として、顧客の順番待ち時間と窓口収納処理時間の大幅な短縮が図れる税公金セルフ収納機ソリューションの導入に至りました。
5月21日より八重田支店（青森県青森市）、5月28日よりエルムの街支店（青森県五所川原市）にて、それぞれ稼働しています。これら店舗での導入効果を確認し、今後他支店へ拡大予定です。
なお、本ソリューションは日本NCRが株式会社西日本シティ銀行（本店：福岡県福岡市）と共同開発し、国内の金融機関に紹介を行っています。
今回導入された税公金セルフ収納機ソリューションの概要・特徴は以下のとおりです。

- 有人サービス併用による第3のサービス － 顧客によるセルフ処理と行員のアシスト
- 現金取り扱いの自動化 － 現金モジュール採用で顧客によるセルフ現金支払い
- 事務判断のシステム化 － 受付可否、支払期限確認
- 最適投資 － 受付・起票・現金収納・計算などの自動化と行員による点検・出納員などのアシストにより業務のフロント部分を効率化
