日本NCR株式会社（本社：東京都中央区、代表取締役社長兼CEO：内藤 眞、以下日本NCR）は本日、「NCR Sales Advisor (以下、セールスアドバイザー)」を発表します。
多くの情報が簡単に入手でき、趣味嗜好が多様化する中で、お客様はリアル店舗やECサイトを含め様々なチャネルを利用してお買物をされています。このような消費行動の変革に伴い、近年、小売業にはお客様一人ひとりのニーズに対応した、より上質な接客・サービス等による差別化が求められています。
「セールスアドバイザー」は、売場スタッフの接客をサポートし、一人ひとりのお客様に「ショッピング」を通じて「おもてなし体験」を提供するためのサービス支援ツールとして開発されました。
当製品は、既に構築されている顧客情報、マーケティング、商品情報、購買履歴といった既存IT資産をシームレスに連携・集約し、適切なプレゼンテーション機能により売場スタッフを支援します。また、将来、新たなにシステムが追加された時にも容易に連携することが可能な拡張性を備えています。
「セールスアドバイザー」の主な特徴は以下のとおりです。
- 顧客情報、商品情報、ウィッシュリスト、レコメンデーション等のシステムとシームレスに連携した支援情報の提供
- iPad対応により、売場のロケーションにかかわらず、お客様への上質な接客・サービスを支援
- ECサイト、リアル店舗の垣根を越えたオムニチャネルの情報連携
- POS決済機能（NCR RES MeX（Mobile POS機能））との連携により、接客から決済までをシームレスに支援
「セールスアドバイザー」は、直感的な操作、きめ細やかなガイダンス機能で売場スタッフが、お客様一人ひとりのニーズに対応するための接客サービスをサポートするソリューションです。接客サービスや店舗のブランド力を高め差別化を図ることにより、お客様のロイヤルティを高め、新たな購買意欲、来店リピート率の向上等を実現する、売場スタッフの必須支援ツールです。
