日本NCR株式会社（本社：東京都中央区、代表取締役社長：内藤眞、以下日本NCR）は、ベイクルーズグループ（本社：東京都渋谷区、代表取締役CEO：杉村 茂、以下 ベイクルーズ）と共同でオムニチャネル戦略の軸となるECサイトと実店舗の顧客データを統合した新顧客システムを稼働させたことを発表しました。
ベイクルーズはすべてのブランドを通じて、あらゆる消費場面において、同じサービスをお客様に提供するオムニチャネル戦略を推進しています。今般、その第一ステージとして、NCRと共同でオンライン（EC・スマホ）オフライン（店舗）環境の両方からアクセス可能でかつ高い利便性を実現する顧客情報の統合基盤を構築しました。
今般の顧客データ統合により、リアルタイムによるEC顧客と店舗顧客の統合顧客基盤構築、会員情報照会・会員認証・ポイント管理が可能となりました。同時にシステム基盤を大幅に強化し、365日24時間ノンストップで統合顧客基盤データの活用ができる環境も実現しました。
具体的には、ベイクルーズグループの各ブランドとECサイトで別々となっていたポイント計算/ステージを全ブランド・ECサイトで共通化によってお客様サービスの向上を行うことができました。また、ECサイトから店頭の在庫を取り寄せることが可能となったため販売機会ロスの削減も期待されています。
