NCRとジョージア州の開発部門とインベストアトランタ社は追加のインセンティブに同意し、これにより次の5年間にわたり1,800名以上の熟練した専門家がジョージア州へ集まり、この第二タワーに1億4500万ドルの投資もたらします。NCRとカズンズプロパティ社は長期のビルト・トゥ・スーツ型リースを第二タワーに関して行います。この第二タワーはNCRキャンパスにある第一タワーのようにカズンズ社によって所有、開発される予定です。
