日本NCR株式会社（本社：東京都中央区、代表取締役社長：内藤 眞、以下日本NCR）は、新たにカスタマーエクスペリエンスセンター（Customer Experience Center、以下CxC）を東京本社内に開設しました。
CxCは、NCR製品のデモンストレーションセンターです。同センターでは、グローバルビジネスを展開するお客様や地域に密着するビジネスを展開するお客様のそれぞれの課題に対応するNCRの製品・ソリューションを実際に体験することができます。1878年に作られた世界初のレジスターを展示しているほか、金融機関向けのキオスク端末、流通・小売業界向けのセルフレジ/セミセルフレジ、モバイルPOS、オムニチャネルソリューションなど様々なソリューションを展示しています。
日本NCRは、CxCを通じて、NCR製品・ソリューションの魅力をより分かりやすくお客様に伝えていきます。なお、展示製品は、最新ソリューションの発表などに伴い、随時、追加・入れ替え等を行っていく予定です。
