NCRコマンドセンターは、すべての店舗のPOS端末を1つの画面からクラウド環境で集中管理・運用することによって、POSの運用効率を飛躍的に向上させることができるサービスです。
問題が発生したときにはアラートが自動的に通知され、すぐに問題解決のための行動を起こすことができ、また技術チームによる遠隔地からの診断・解決が可能となります。これにより、店舗のお客様に迷惑をかけることなくPOS運用の問題を迅速に解決することができます。

システムの状況を即座に把握
リアルタイムの集中監視でシステムの状況を即座に把握。問題発生時は、自動アラートによりすぐに問題解決へ取り組めます。
技術的な問題の迅速な解決
さまざまなサポート機能による遠隔の診断で、技術的な問題を迅速に解決。POSシステムの突然のサービス停止を回避することを可能にします。
セキュリティを強化するシステム設計
セキュリティ警告/監査、および通信の暗号化によって、管理環境においてもお客様の重要なデータをセキュアに保護。また、自動セキュリティ更新プログラム機能により、コマンドセンターシステムを最新の脅威からも保護します。お客様は、リモートアクセスや監視等のコマンドセンターの機能を安心してお使いいただくことができます。
アカウント管理の強化
担当者の役割に応じたシステムやデータへのアクセス管理、および、ワンタイム・ログオン、マルチファクタユーザ認証などの強固なアクセス管理機能を提供します。また、管理者個々人の操作履歴を含んだ監査レポートの作成によってアカウント管理を強化します。
自動更新による機能の拡張
セキュリティとコマンドセンター機能の自動更新により、常に最新の機能や変更を使用することができます。
クラウド型サービスによる投資効果の最大化
クラウド型サービスとして提供されるため、小さな初期投資でPOSシステムの問題発生を最小限に抑え、運用の中断を防ぎ、セキュリティを強化し、顧客に対するサービスを最大化することが可能になります。
提供開始時期
「NCRコマンドセンター」は、2017年第2四半期（2017年4月～6月）に提供開始予定です。
