日本NCR株式会社（本社：東京都中央区、代表取締役社長：内藤 眞、以下日本NCR）は、株式会社フェリシモ（本社：兵庫県神戸市、代表取締役社長：矢崎和彦、以下フェリシモ）がコンタクトセンターに「スマホdeコンタクト」を導入したことを発表しました。
フェリシモのコンタクトセンターではこれまで、携帯電話からのお問い合わせは有料のナビダイヤルで運用していました。しかし、近年はスマートフォン（以下 スマホ）利用者が増加しており、スマホでも固定電話同様、無料通話でのお問い合わせを可能にするシステムの導入が急がれていました。「スマホdeコンタクト」は、無料通話が可能なことに加え、電話に切替動作を行わずにWEBページ、またはアプリケーションから簡単に架電でき、お客様にストレスのない使い勝手を提供できるという点が導入の決め手となりました。
本日5月18日よりダウンロードサイトおよび、フェリシモのお問い合わせページの一部で「スマホdeコンタクト」がご利用可能になります。今後その他のお問い合わせページにも順次導入される予定です。
日本NCRは、今後もフェリシモのコンタクトセンターをはじめ通販会社やその利用者が、より快適にサービスを受けられるように先進的なソリューションの提供に注力してまいります。
スマホdeコンタクトについて
「スマホdeコンタクト」は、無料インターネット電話のBtoCサービスであり、お客様の電話番号を意識せずに架電が可能となります。お客様は、スマホにWebサイトから専用アプリをダウンロードするだけでスマートフォン端末を選ばず、無料インターネット通話が可能となります。今まで有料だった携帯電話からの通話が発信側（お客様）および受信側（フェリシモコンタクトセンター）のいずれも通話料が不要となります。また、コンタクトセンター側では、通話着信する時に「誰から」、「どの画面ページから」の通話かが必ず把握でき、お客様のニーズにいち早く対応すると共に適切な応対が可能となります。
「スマホdeコンタクト」は、既存のサーバ設備の上に付加的に接続することも、あとづけで導入することも可能です。もちろんフルセットでの新規のコンタクトセンター構築も可能です。その他、カスタマイズ可能な業務アプリケーションとの連携にも柔軟に対応することが可能となっております。
