日本NCR株式会社（本社：東京都中央区、代表取締役社長：内藤 眞、以下日本NCR）は、新型セルフレジ「NCR Fastlane SelfServ™ Checkout Release 6J NCRフレックスセルフ™（ファストレーン セルフサーブ チェックアウト リリース シックスジェイ エヌシーアールフレックス セルフ）」（以下NCRフレックス セルフ™）を発表しました。
NCRフレックスセルフ™は、日本市場で10年以上にわたって培ったセルフレジのノウハウをベースに、高感度でタッチ位置補正不要の最新タッチパネルを搭載、つり銭排出スピードの向上、設置面積の縮小化を実現したコンパクトモデルで、消費者や店舗スタッフの利便性を一層向上させる設計になっています。
「NCRフレックスセルフ™」の特長
- 多目的利用
NCRフレックスセルフ™は、その極小化された設置面積によって、店舗の状況に応じてセルフレジ、お支払いセルフレジ、電子マネーチャージャーと多目的利用が可能なセルフペイメント端末です。また、二人制構成時にキャッシャー端末として利用することも可能です。 - 高感度でタッチ位置調整不要のタッチパネルの搭載
タッチ位置補正不要の高感度タッチパネル、スマートフォンと同じ操作感覚により、消費者の操作性、店舗スタッフの利便性が向上します。 - 自動つり銭機の刷新
金種判定、つり銭排出スピードの向上を実現しました。さらに、セキュリティの強化、オプションとして棒金管理機を搭載可能とし、金銭格納量を増やました。日中のつり銭補充回数の削減により、店舗運営の効率アップに貢献します。 - 高性能スキャナー「NCR7884ハイブリッドスキャナー」の搭載
NCR7884ハイブリッドスキャナーは、バーコードスキャナーの高速読取性能とイメージスキャニング機能を併せ持つ高性能スキャナーです。スキャニング操作に不慣れな消費者もストレスなく商品スキャンを行うことができるとともに、携帯電話やスマートフォンに表示された二次元バーコードも読み取ることができ、多彩なプロモーションも行うことができます。 - セキュリティカメラ
つり銭機と連動し、金銭授受の映像とともに、実際に投入・排出された金種別のデータを合わせて記録・再生します。この結果、より細かな監査を行うことが可能となります。 - 監視端末のモバイル化
従来の定置式監視端末に加え、タブレット、ウェアラブル端末を活用してセルフレジに必要な監視端末機能を実現します。この結果、アテンダントの活動範囲がダイナミックに広がり、消費者サービス、店舗業務効率を飛躍的に向上させることができます。 - ユニバーサルデザイン
ディスプレイの高さ、操作部のコンパクト配置、さらにタッチパネル入力補助装置（uNav : Universal Navigator）のオプション接続によって、ユニバーサルデザインを考慮しています。
提供開始時期
「NCR Fastlane SelfServ™ Checkout Release 6J NCRフレックスセルフ™」は、来春（2018年1月～3月）に提供開始予定です。
