「オムニチャネルショッピングツアー」概要
オムニチャネルという言葉が市場に登場して久しいですが、まだまだオムニチャネルを、ショッピングを通じて実感しているシーンは少ないと思われます。NCRでは、「リテールテックJAPAN 2018のNCR ブース」内で「オムニチャネルショッピングツアー」を演出します。擬似ショッピング体験の中からオムニチャネルをより一層深く理解して頂くため、製品視点でのオムニチャネルではなく、消費者視点でのオムニチャネルを理解し感じて頂きます。
ツアーは、ある消費者の休日のショッピングをイメージし、事前準備として自宅でのオンラインショッピングのシーンから始まり、専門店、百貨店を巡ってショッピングを楽しみ、最後にはスーパーマーケットでの夕飯のお買い物と続きます。
関連ソフトウェアソリューションとしては、モバイルデバイスを含めた複数のハードウェアに対応する「NCR RES-MeX POS Solution」、PA-DSSに準拠した決済セキュリティソリューションとして「NCR RES ePayment Solution」、さらにハードウェアとしては、多目的支払ソリューションである「NCR Flex-Self」、業界最小設置面積を実現したプリンター、無停電電源装置一体型POS端末「NCR RealPOS XR7J」、10インチ型POS端末「NCR RealPOS PX-10」と様々な最新のソリューションを展示いたします。
また、昨今話題のセリフスキャニングソリューションである、「NCR Fastlane Mobile Shopper」も参考出展いたします。
