日本NCRコマース株式会社（本社：東京都中央区、代表取締役社長：小原 琢哉、以下日本NCRコマース）と、対話型AIプラットフォームおよびソリューションにおけるリーディングカンパニー、米Kore.ai（コア・エーアイ）の日本法人であるKore.ai Japan合同会社（本社：東京都港区、エグゼクティブ・バイスプレジデントアジア太平洋及び 日本社長：スリニ・ウナマタラ、以下「Kore.ai」）は、このたび、Kore.ai製品に関するリセラー契約を締結しました。本リセラー契約に基づき、日本NCRコマースは本日より、対話型AIプラットフォーム「Kore.aiXO Platform」をはじめとしたKore.ai製品の提供を開始します。
日本NCRコマースは、金融機関のお客様に向けたソリューション「NCR Customer ExperiencePlatform」に、Kore.aiの対話型AIプラットフォーム「Kore.ai XO Platform」を組み込み提供します。「NCR CustomerExperience Platform」は、対面での接点、セルフサービスやモバイルでの非対面の接点、リモートアシステドサービスという3つの顧客接点で銀行を支援するフレームワークです。今回の協業によって、「Kore.aiXO Platform」をはじめとしたKore.ai製品と連携しながら、次世代コンタクトセンターシステムをはじめ、次世代のチャネル構築とバックエンドの効率化を支援します。
Kore.ai製品は、大規模言語モデル（LLM）と生成AIを活用した対話型AIプラットフォームを基盤としており、100以上の言語および40以上のマルチチャネルに対応しています。対話型AIプラットフォームとして高い市場評価を得ており、その導入企業数は、世界中で400社以上に及びます。また、世界の金融機関で豊富な導入実績を持つだけでなく、世界最大級のリテール業界の展示会『NRF2024 Retail's Big Show』においても、多くの企業がKore.ai製品を活用した出展を行っています。日本NCRコマースは、金融業だけではなく、将来的には流通・小売業向けの拡販も期待できる点も評価し、同社が提供する「NCR CustomerExperience Platform」に追加することを決定しました。Kore.aiは、注力業界である金融機関とリテールに強い顧客基盤を持つ日本NCRコマースの実績を評価し、今回の協業に至りました。
日本NCRコマースとKore.aiは今後、金融機関のお客様の顧客接点の最適化を目指し、店舗の改革を支援していきます。また、将来的には、日本NCRコマースのリテールソリューションなど、他のソリューションと組み合わせた展開も視野に入れています。
