NCR gana el premio a la Mejor Iniciativa de Carreras Tempranas 2022 por su programa de aprendizaje
NCR y Multiverse ganaron el Mejor Iniciativa de Carreras Tempranas 2022 categoría en los Premios de Reclutamiento Interno del Reino Unido. Este reconocimiento honra a las empresas que brindan oportunidades de carrera temprana únicas y útiles a sus nuevas contrataciones.
NCR Professional Services vio la oportunidad de construir una cohorte diversa de talentos prometedores para las primeras carreras y capacitarlos en las habilidades del futuro a través de un programa de aprendizaje. El equipo se fijó la meta de que la mitad de las contrataciones iniciales del equipo PS del Reino Unido fueran aprendices.
Para llevar a cabo esto, el equipo de PS diseñó y puso en marcha un programa de aprendizaje de tres años para Científicos de Datos y un programa de 18 meses para Consultores de Negocios. Posteriormente ejecutaron una campaña de reclutamiento para contratar a 50 aprendices. Se acercaron a Multiverse, una empresa de tecnología emergente que ofrece programas de aprendizaje de alta calidad que combinan trabajo, capacitación y comunidad, les ayudan a poner en marcha su idea. En conjunto, Multiverse y NCR PS lanzaron el programa en tres meses.
Patrick Gormley, VP, Data & AI, NCR Professional Services, dijo “Estos jóvenes son impresionantes y muy motivados.
