ATLANTA — 17 de marzo de 2026 — NCR Voyix (NYSE: VYX) anunció hoy que ha llegado a un acuerdo para vender su negocio de soluciones de tecnología bancaria en Japón, operado por NCR Commerce Japan Ltd., a NTT DATA, un líder global de negocios y servicios tecnológicos de confianza con sede en Tokio. Se espera que la transacción se cierre a finales de 2026.
El negocio ha apoyado a clientes de instituciones financieras en Japón durante muchos años, brindando tecnología especializada y servicios de misión crítica que incluyen divisas, préstamos, call center, videocajeros y soluciones de red.
