As the preferred provider for McDonald’s US restaurants, NCR Voyix is happy to support all Break-Fix, installations, and hardware needs for your restaurants.

For the impending technology refresh program, Operators wishing to sign up for HTF financing for the upcoming technology refresh are required to notify the NCR Voyix McDonald’s Center of Excellence, once they receive their technology refresh order notification from the Customer Portal (formerly MyNCR). Financing contracts not executed within 8 weeks of first notification will transfer to direct purchases and invoiced by terms set forth by account.

Ryan Bahner

Ryan Bahner is based out of Atlanta, GA and began his career at NCR Voyix in February 2025. Ryan brings a strong passion for relationship building and delivering exceptional service to NCR Voyix partners. Ryan’s primary focus is on hardware, installation, and services sales for McDonald’s U.S. restaurants, supporting the Atlanta, Nashville, Columbus, and Bethesda Field Offices.

Sabinah Emamaullee

Account Executive Toronto/Ontario

Sabinah is based out of Toronto and has worked on the McDonald’s account for 15 years under Project Management. Her career evolved when she joined the Canadian NCR Voyix Sales team in May 2025.  Sabinah’s focus centers on cultivating strong, lasting customer relationships through frequent on-site and face-to-face interactions across the country. It combines strategic account management with hands-on partnership building, ensuring franchisees and corporate clients receive support that drives operational excellence and sustained business growth.
