Buffalo Wild Wings Powers First Restaurant in Asia with NCR Cloud-enabled Restaurant Solutions
Industry-leading restaurant solutions will allow Buffalo Wild Wings to centrally manage brand experience
MANILA, Philippines, March 31, 2015 – NCR Corporation, (NYSE: NCR), the global leader in consumer transaction technologies, announced that Buffalo Wild Wings® (NASDAQ: BWLD) has chosen NCR cloud-enabled restaurant solutions for its first location in Asia, located at Capitol Commons in Pasig City in the Philippines. NCR will offer Buffalo Wild Wings an integrated restaurant solution to improve the customer experience and operate with greater efficiency.

NCR will provide Buffalo Wild Wings with a comprehensive suite of NCR restaurant solutions to help provide insight into how the business is performing and enhance customer engagement. At the heart of the solutions for Buffalo Wild Wings is the NCR Aloha hospitality software suite including cloud-based configuration and management tools. Buffalo Wild Wings also selected NCR’s cloud-based employee theft deterrence solution, allowing the chain to identify and mitigate losses due to employee theft in real time.
Additionally, the NCR Kitchen application will help Buffalo Wild Wings to train staff on recipes and standard procedures to reduce preparation and cooking errors. It allows Buffalo Wild Wings to serve dining guests with freshly cooked foods within acceptable wait times and enhances the speed of service so that guests do not feel rushed or bored.
