U.K. Burger King Franchisee, Zing Leisure Chooses NCR Cloud Solutions to Improve Customer Experience
Zing Leisure selects NCR restaurant software to improve operational effectiveness and make every day easier for customers, employees and management
LONDON, UK – February 17, 2015 – NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR), the global leader in consumer transaction technologies announced today that Zing Leisure Ltd., a Burger King franchise, has chosen NCR restaurant technology solutions to help improve the customer experience and the operational effectiveness of its business across the 18 restaurants it runs across the U.K. NCR will offer Zing Leisure an integrated quick service solution to improve the customer experience and operate with greater efficiency.
Zing Leisure required a solution that enabled it to smoothly manage day-to-day transactions and gain insight into its performance. Selected for its strong U.K. presence and innovative solutions, NCR will provide Zing Leisure with a comprehensive suite of NCR software to help provide insight into how the business is performing and enhance customer engagement. It will also deliver the security and inventory management that are important when running fast moving restaurant businesses, such as Zing Leisure’s Burger King franchise.
