The Internal Restaurant Referral Program is aninternal initiative to encourage and compensate employees for advocacy andreferral(s) of NCR Voyix restaurant solutions. The program is an opportunityfor employees to earn up to $900 when a referral selects Aloha powered by NCRVoyix as their restaurant solution provider.

All NCR VOYIX employees (e.g., full-time, part-time, contractors, interns, etc.) who are based in the United States onlyand do not have a restaurant sales quota.

• Identify a restaurant, friends or acquaintances interested in learning more about our comprehensive restaurant solutions.
• Submit your referral(s) through our dedicated submission form.
• Fill out all form fields and submit. The Hospitality team will be in touch to share next steps.

• A referral can earn you a reward of $300-$900when your referral selects NCR Voyix as their restaurant solution of choice. A reward payout is contingent on the close of the opportunity.
• The more sites a restaurant has, the more you can earn:
  · 1-2 restaurants = $300
  · 3-6 restaurants = $600
  · 7-10 restaurants = $900

Once your referral is submitted, we will send email notifications throughout each phase of the referral process to share thestatus of your referral(s).

Please allow up to 60 days from the date of closure for your payment to appear on your check. All payments are subject to applicable payroll taxes.

Referrals are unlimited. You can refer as many times as you want. We encourage you to ensure the leads you submit are high quality and are with businesses you have visited and engaged with.
